Axle-Driven Sprocket Update
JASPER 100% machines the thrust bearing surface for the driven sprocket and installs a .060 steel shim to bring the case to OE spec, eliminating future wear and failures.
All units are 100% dynamometer tested
100% dynamometer tested for proper gear ratios, line pressure, cooler pressure and flow, quiet operation, correct MLPS switch voltage, and the output of the speed sensors.
Submersion testing ensures leak-free operation.
New Converter Installation
All OE 1.5L & 1.6L converter applications are susceptible to lock-up lining failure due to premature lock-up seal ring and damper spring wear.
JASPER installs a NEW converter for optimal performance and reliability.
